Friday

Yes I am a little behind here, but will attempt to play catch up baseball (Yankees reference). So Friday was another successful day with the food (you can see below). I did not get to workout at all but still stayed under 1500 NET calories.

The Yankee game Friday night killed me, they wasted a great pitching performance by Andy Petitte (sp.).
