Today's entry is dedicated to Chelsea who I "know" from another website (www.calorieking.com). Chelsea just completed the Coeur d'Alene Ironman on June 24, 2007 and posted a great race report on her blog. Please check it out and give her a quick congrats.
And yes this was her first Ironman.
