Week 12

Swim - 2,000 yards 1 hr (2 workouts) Only got 2 swims in but they were pretty good with breathing.
Bike - 32 miles 2 hrs (2 workout) Trainer bike workout.
Run - 14.10 miles 2 hrs 25 min. (3 workouts) Did not get in nearly as much as was planned.
Lifting/Core - 0 minutes ( 0 workouts)
Notes - I missed way too many workouts last week. I can only try to do better this week. Was eating well all week until Saturday and Sunday, and then it was just food galore. Too many sweets around the house.

no worries. you'll just get right back in the saddle and aim to do better this week. can't dwell on past weeks. i'm learning that for sure!!!
I know you'll be back on track next week. Besides, the weather's getting better. Outta be able to get the bike on the road soon.
