The S.S.D run.

We have all heard of the L.S.D run but tonight was the S.S.D run. Yes that is the short-slow-distance run. I did 3.5 miles in 39:30 for a 11:19 avg mile. Not sure if it was the 5 days in a row of running or if it was our Christmas lunch at THIS PLACE. I had a great lunch and didn't skip any of the course today. I will most likely run tomorrow and take Friday as a rest day.

So I am down to 32.25 miles left and 12 days to get them done. That works out to be 2.6875 miles per day.

so where is the 1000 mile going to be? maybe you should head over to Philly and do a Rocky staircase run for the 1000.

YOU CAN DO IT. I agree with PAT, pick something really meaningful for 1000.

PS all my runs are slow! :D
