Swim - 2000 yards (2 workouts)

Bike - 42.00 miles (3 workouts)

Run - 9.5 miles ( 2 workouts)

Lifting - 90 minutes (3 workouts)

Notes - Not great numbers but it was a tough week as my Mom has been in the hospital since Tuesday night. She spent a few days in I.C.U. She is now out of I.C.U. (still in the hospital) but has a tough road ahead.

So sorry to hear about your mom...hope things will get better soon.

When my mom was in the hospital I didn't do well with working out, so good for you for making some time to train. You have to take care of yourself, too :)

Dan -- hope your mom is doing better.

Not great numbers? These would be great numbers even without the personal stuff you're dealing with.

Sorry to hear your Mom's been in the hospital. Sending my thoughts and prayers for her. When my mom had open heart surg. in '04, the only thing that kept me sane was getting out and going for long walks. Keep up the great workouts. You're doing awesome!

Hey dude.

Can you send me an email when you get a chance.

One of my homies needs to talk to you about your weight loss and how you did it. He's a doctor and is going to speak about weight loss at a dinner.
