Bike - 58.30 miles (5 workouts)
Run - 7 miles ( 2 workouts + 1 mile run on a 3rd day)
Lifting - 134 minutes (4 workouts)
Notes - Now the trick is going to be keep the bike and lifting minutes and up the run and start swimming.

Why not try fewer bike workouts, drop from 5 to 3, but make each one longer than the 10 mile average I see listed. That may free up some days for your swimming and running distances to increase.
Sorry I missed the meeting...daughter with strep throat + difficulties in pulling myself away from the games...DESPITE the eventual outcome...a sad day in Packerland.

Congrats Dan on the Giant's victory. Why not swim with weights? Just kidding, it’s always tough making the time but somehow we all do it. You’ll find a way.
