Swim - 0 yards ( 0 workouts)

Bike - 52 miles (3 workouts/3 hours) 2 stationary 1 trainer ride

Run - 9 miles (4 workouts) 2 of the runs were small brick runs.

Lifting/Core - 0 minutes ( 0 workouts)

Notes - Instead of looking back at this week I will look ahead and say that this is going to be a good week (knock on wood). Yesterday I swam, biked, ran, and did core exercise. I will be totally surprised if I don't get in 4 swims this week.

Great attitude, and great training yesterday. You can never go wrong looking forward!!

Our training will just keep getting better and more fun as the weather warms up :)

Ack, the swimming is just killing me. I have told myself I have until the first week of March to figure it out. When March 1 hits NO excuses!
