Swim - 0 yards ( 0 workouts)
Bike - 41.50 miles (3 workouts 2 1/2 hours) - All Trainer rides with new Spinerval DVD's, got to ride the Lake Placid Ironman Course.
Run - 16.75 miles (4 workouts) - It was nice to get outside on Saturday for one of the runs.
Lifting - 0 minutes ( 0 workouts)
Notes - A better week than last week(run and bike wise) but still no where near where I need to be.

Good job...you're doing alot better than I am with the bike workouts. I bet riding the Lake Placid Ironman Course was neat!
you'll get there. don't stress. one day at a time. anything more than that and you'll easily be overwhelmed. how's mum doing???
Hey, Danno, nice week. Before you know it, It'll be 60 outside and a whole lot easier to get motivated to get the miles in.
Nice! It's tough to get miles in on the trainer but you are doing great! I need to find a training DVD like that. Probably better then watching tv!

Hey, Dan. I know one of the things that affected your training was your Mom's illness. How about an update? She was to have a biopsy on 7-Feb.
