Saturday's workout.


I did get out for a ride/run brick on Saturday. Rode about 22 miles and then ran/walked about 4.7 miles (ran 3 and walked about 1.7 miles). Garmim battery died during the run so only have about 1.25 of that.

Using BIM to see if I have any troubles and can help J-Wim. I think mine is working properly.

Bottom line is I was happy to get out.
