30 Weeks to Ironman NYC
So I an 30 weeks out from my first Ironman. I am following the "Be Iron Fit" intermediate program which is you guessed it a 30 week program. My "Pre program" has been, well honestly a failure. When I signed up for this race back on June 15, 2011 I was 280 pounds. I lost a quick 20 pounds in two months then went to Disney with the family. Since then I have been hoovering around 270 pounds. I am going to do my best to stick to this program and although I don't want to commit to a number I really don't want to do this race anywhere near this weight.
