Happy Birthday to ME.

So the day is finally here, I turn 40 today. Since we did our celebrating back in September with friends in Atlantic City, tonight will just be our local Applebee's. And then I will head to my Triathlon Class. I went Saturday to cast my vote so I don't have to wait on the long lines today.

One thought about turning 40. Since making changes 3 years ago I can honestly say I am a much healthier person at 40 then I was at 30 and probably even 20.

Enjoy, and get out to vote.

Happy Bday - I hit 40 last year. I agree, I am also healthier now than I was at 30.

Happy birthday, and amen to the statements about being healthier! I'm right there with ya. You and I have a scary amount in common. You just turned 40, I'll be 39 next week. You lost a heck of a lot more weight than I did, but we both lost significant amounts of weight 3 years ago. May the next 40 continue to be healthier than the first!
